Step-by-step guide to get started with OmniTruss, from account creation to launching your first tenant.
Get Started in Minutes
OmniTruss provides a multi-tenant service platform for system houses, enabling customer documentation, automation, self-service portals, and custom apps. Follow these steps to create your account, set up your first tenant, configure the dashboard, and launch a self-service portal. You will be up and running in under 10 minutes.
Prerequisites
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
- A valid email address for account verification
- Admin access to your domain for custom portal setup (optional for initial launch)
Follow These Steps
Use the OmniTruss dashboard at https://dashboard.example.com to complete setup. Each step builds on the previous one.
Sign Up and Verify Account
Navigate to https://omnitruss.example.com/signup and create your account with your email and a secure password.
Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. This enables full access to tenant management features.

Create Your First Tenant
Log in to the dashboard and select New Tenant from the sidebar.
Enter tenant details:

Click Create to provision the tenant instantly.
Set Up Initial Dashboard
Switch to your new tenant in the dashboard.
Customize the layout:
- Add widgets for automation logs and app metrics
- Set brand color to
#ed6c1a - Enable self-service toggles
Drag and drop widgets from the library.

Launch First Self-Service Portal
In tenant settings, enable Self-Service Portal.
Configure access:
Unique tenant identifier from creation step.
Custom login redirect URL.
Publish the portal at https://acme.omnitruss.example.com/portal. Share the link with your first customers.
After setup, monitor your tenant via the dashboard analytics. Use webhooks for real-time notifications on user actions.
